Erasmus Day Odense

Arrival in the 8th of May at 14:00 - The Van will be parked at the main entrance of the Southern University of Denmark (SDU)
  • SDU officials, ESN, Erasmus and Danish students will welcome the Van
  • There will be a Stand regarding the ERASMUS program (especially oriented for those who wish to know about their possibilities to go abroad) - ESN - and our Buddy System (in order to gather more buddy's for the coming busy semester)
  • Stay will be followed with music, and a cake.
at 15:20 - The Van will go to the Town Hall square 15:30 Expected arrival to the Town Hall square
 
  • 16:00 Reception by Town Hall Officials
  • Presentation of Erasmus to the inhabitants of Odense
at 17:00 - Departure of the Van to Copenhagen
