Organizers: ESN UAM (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), ESN URJC (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid), Representation of the European Commission in Madrid.

Welcome Party at the Erasmus meeting point De Cine. There will be a van reception and we will blow the candles of the 20 years cake. Prizes will be given to the best Erasmus pictures of this year.
To participate visit http://www.uam.es/otros/esn/ There will be proyections of films, pictures, games and presents.

8 June, Second day in Madrid
 
9:30-10:30 The Van will be placed at the European Commission in Madrid, (Paseo de la Castellana 46)
Opening speech by the Representation Head Director Director José Luis González Vallvé, and the European Commissioner of Multilinguisim, Leonard Orban.

10:30: Event about the teaching of foreign languages in the European Union.
 
RECEPTION of the Erasmus Van in AUTONOMA University.

11:00-13:00 Stand for the Erasmus Van in the Campus.
13:30-14:00 Meeting with the authorities of the university, members of international relations, the national agency and members of ESN-SPAIN.
14:00-15:00 Meal with the van volunteers, the Spanish National Agency and authorities.

 
Visit to REY JUAN CARLOS University
 
16:00: The van will be placed in front of the Library of the University.

Dinner at Esscénic: with the organisers of Madrid, the van volunteers and the members of Erasmus Student Network sections in Madrid. Celebration of 20 years Erasmus Programme.
