		Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the initiative SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE, you accept the terms and conditions herewith stated

2. The initiative is open to all those residing in the European Union.

3. In order to participate, the authors must upload their contents on www.20erasmus.eu, in accordance with the Rules, Terms and Conditions of the site. The correctly uploaded contents will be stored and submitted to the judgment of the redaction committee under these terms and conditions. Each participant is responsible for the content she/he uploads - be it texts, pictures, audio, hence each participant must be able to demonstrate the consent of those whose image(s), voice, and personal details are concerned in the uploaded material. It is each participant's responsibility to respect the copyright rules for the materials uploaded and published on www.20erasmus.eu

4. Personal data submitted will be used for the sole purpose of verifying the originality of the authorship of the materials published on www.20erasmus.eu - no information on participants will be given to organisations not related with ESN AISBL or outside the European Union. 

4.a. Each participant grants a free of charge usage licence for each text, picture or audio file selected by the redaction committee of ESN AISBL for marketing and promotion usage. This granted licence is valid for 5 years.

4.b. Each participant will be acknowledged as author of the works uploaded (no content will be used for marketing and promotional purposes without referring to the author) in all products and publications containing them published by ESN AISBL.

5. Organiser of the activity is Erasmus Student Network AISBL, Rue du Trône 98, 1050 Brussels.

6. Each submission will be moderated, and it will accepted fully or partially. ESN AISBL keeps all the rights to remove contents deemed offensive, inappropriate or not aligned with the initiative, e.g. (but not exclusively) contents with violence, crimes, and political, religious, social, gender, racist discrimination etcetera. The judgment criteria will be based on ESN AISBL statutes, documents, uses and on the basis of the good common sense.
