Days, weeks and months have passed since my time in Czech Republic...
I n the blink of an eye, I was arriving in Olomouc and living in the fast lane. Nothing could be better than daily parties, new friends, trips to everywhere, czech beer, strong feelings, gorgeous women, no thinking, lasting days or even the inspired studying. In a new place, amid the unknown, we all had our relief as we started to realise that freedom is free-will.
Laugh and shining in our eyes, these were our words... Oblivious of needs and concerns, our gleaming souls were the finest achievement. Viena, Prague, Olomouc, Kutna Hora, Kromeriz, Krakow, Karlovy Vary, Hradek Kralove, Cesky Krumlov, Ceske Budejovice, Budapest, Brno, Bratislav, Auschwitz-Birkenau.. we were everywhere in the middle of nowhere! E nergy to get up at six o'clock and run after trams to get in time to school!
E uropean pride as we moved around, finding ourselves to have our deepest roots and tradition in common. R ecognition within our dear families and friends for the adventure of going abroad! A brand new opportunity to challenge routine and shyness, to hear amazing lifestories from the others. S olitary as the sands of time were running out when we lived so happily in each other's pockets... M aking plans for the next day, the next week, the next semester, the next Erasmus! U nderstanding different lifestyles and attitudes towards a generation committed to peace. S olidarity and friendship on behalf of the very true foundation of mankind.
...and for days, weeks and months I love Erasmus has been the music of my heart.
